  6. This plugin gives some basic extra commands, they're not used very often,
  7. but who cares, the /wallchan is probably the most useful since it saves
  8. you from having to remember the channel name. ;-)
  9.  
  10. These all use NOTICE rather than PRIVMSG, and queue the lines so you can't
  11. flood off. They also send to 8 people at a time to save bandwidth.
